They have 25 different business entities and have been the market leader for 20+ years with a presence in 90+ countries and manufacturing units at various locations across the globe.

The Situation

  • Due to the legacy system, there was a lack of real-time data affecting the sales mobility, customer engagement, and creating a gap in internal communication 

  • Poor visibility into business performance at an executive level due to manual intervention in creating sales data and reports on excel sheets 

  • Manual processes and approvals were affecting sales cycle timelines, pipeline and projections 

The Solution

  • A robust, best-in-class solution was designed under a unified framework by eliminating various disparate legacy custom systems such as third-party SSHR, time-keeping, online quotes, change orders, manufacturing, BoM option, invoicing, shipments, maintenance application, quality, expenses, planning, etc.
  • Mastek provided benchmarking solutions under a single Fusion Cloud platform across SaaS and PaaS with 120+ customisations following best practices and global standardization.
  • Conducted a change management consulting service to ensure all CXOs, top stakeholders, business process owners and end-users adopted the best practices and features offered with the Fusion modules.

The Outcome

  • Cloud-based ERP system which could seamlessly handle the entire supplier life cycle within a single system, thereby eliminating the standalone systems. 

  • Using the global design approach, we achieved a unified COA structure and standardized business process models across all applicable business units. 

  • Automation of the manual processes like time-entry integration, skill and demand-based scheduling, etc.
