As the President of the UK business, Abhishek spearheads strategic initiatives, overseeing the complete P&L and bringing about continuous improvements in financial and operational performance.

Abhishek’s expertise spans Information Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services and Business Process Management industries. With notable tenures at Firstsource Solutions and Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra-British Telecom), he has excelled in key leadership roles, demonstrating a unique blend of financial acumen, strategic vision and operational excellence. Abhishek’s leadership journey at Firstsource Solutions, spanning over nine years, included pivotal roles, such as Sr. VP & Group Finance Controller, Vice President – Finance (North America Operations) and Director – Business Planning & Procurement.

Abhishek holds an MBA in Finance from I.M.D.R and a B.Com from Patna University. Abhishek has specialised in corporate performance management, financial planning, business efficiency optimisation and mergers and acquisitions. His contributions extend to automation, process efficiency, corporate development and fundraising endeavours.
