Position Overview:
The Support Consultant / Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing expert solutions and support for Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing consultancy on Oracle SCM functionalities, and ensuring the successful execution and support of Oracle ERP SCM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Oracle ERP SCM modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure that Oracle SCM solutions meet their requirements.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle SCM modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle SCM processes and solutions.
- Conduct functional analysis and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SCM solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on Oracle SCM functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Oracle ERP SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Planning.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain management.
- Excellent technical knowledge, including PL/SQL, BI Reporting tools, and Oracle Fusion Core HR.
- Experience in stakeholder management and customer communication.
- Ability to work on implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
