Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Cloud Support Consultant/Senior Consultant with a strong functional background to provide expert service management and support. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and be adept at managing service requests and providing solutions that enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.
- Act as the first point of contact for functional issues, providing L1 & L2 support and ensuring swift resolution of service requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Conduct functional testing of new features, patches, and updates to ensure they meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to functional processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
