Business Context
A global milk producer was looking to standardise their back-end process and have a single data source for receiving quick and accurate global information. They initially used an on-premise ERP system but in order to scale and grow their business, they needed to update to a modern cloud-based ERP system. With Mastek as their Oracle Cloud Implementation partner, they were able to move to an automated and integrated back-office process. It helped them close books faster and gain consistent information for faster decision-making.
