Arvind Jonnalagadda serves as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, leveraging 21 years of expertise as a distinguished HR leader navigating organizations through intricate business landscapes. With a proven track record in both public and private sectors, Arvind has overseen global expansions, fostering effective organizational cultures, and elevating employee experiences.

Previously, Arvind held the position of Global Head of HR at DMI, and played pivotal roles at CMS IT Services, CISCO Systems, Wipro Technologies, and Ramco Systems. Armed with a master’s degree in social science specializing in HRM from Pondicherry University, he further honed his skills through a residential Human Resource Development Programme (HRDP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a gold medal as the university topper. His extensive international experience spans across the Americas, ASEAN, and the Middle East.
